Join Us at Our Learning Care Hiring Event! : 3390 Bunker Lake Blvd NW, Andover, MN, 55304 We're hiring for La Petite Academy, Tutor Time & Everbrook Academy locations in Andover, Brooklyn, Maple Grove, & New Hope, MN! This is more than a daycare job. It's an opportunity to inspire children, support their development, and make a lasting impact every day. We are seeking passionate Assistant Teachers and Lead Teachers who are dedicated to helping children become lifelong learners. What You'll Do Create engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences for children. Foster children's social, emotional, physical, and intellectual development. Support a safe, nurturing, and positive classroom environment. Build strong relationships with children, families, and team members. Assist with or lead classroom management and curriculum implementation, depending on role. Ensure compliance with licensing regulations and company standards. What We're Looking For At least 18 years of age. Experience working with children in a childcare, preschool, or classroom setting. Experience creating lesson plans and leading a classroom (preferred for Lead Teacher roles). Ability to meet state education and childcare licensing requirements. Ability to work indoors and outdoors and actively engage with children throughout the day. Energetic, dependable, and passionate about early childhood education.
