Trailer Technician Morken Companies | Ham Lake, MN Earn $25.00 to $35.00 per hour + Up to a $1,000 Hiring Bonus Morken Companies is looking for an experienced Trailer Technician to join our team. Body work, welding, and fabrication experience are a plus, but not required. If you take pride in quality repairs and want steady, year-round work with a great team, we'd like to talk with you. What You'll Do Repair and rebuild semi-trailers Replace and repair panels, roofs, floors, and doors Perform structural repairs Complete aluminum and steel repairs Assist with welding and fabrication as needed Diagnose damage and determine the best repair approach Deliver high-quality work while maintaining efficiency What We're Looking For Mechanical or trailer repair experience Ability and willingness to learn new repair skills Body work experience is a plus, but not required Welding and fabrication experience is a plus, but not required Ability to work independently Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship Pay & Benefits $25.00 to $35.00 per hour, depending on experience Up to a $1,000 hiring bonus Steady, year-round work Clean, organized shop Supportive team environment Opportunities for growth and advancement Schedule Monday through Friday 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM No weekends About Morken Companies Morken Companies 1247 Andover Blvd NE Ham Lake, MN 55304 763-434-0467 Apply Today Call our shop or apply through Indeed to get started.
