Familiarity with special education needs and experience supporting children with disabilities or developmental delays. Strong classroom management skills to create a safe and nurturing environment. Excellent communication skills for effective parent interaction and team collaboration. Ability to handle toddler care, infant care, and general childcare duties with patience and enthusiasm.
