Becker School District is conveniently located off of US Hwy 10, just 20 minutes SE from St. Cloud and 45 minutes NW from the Twin Cities. The District consists of five buildings, all situated on a single, cohesive campus and serves approximately 2,800 students - Early Education Building, Primary School (K-2), Intermediate School (3-5), Middle School (6-8), and High School (9-12). Becker Early Education is seeking an enthusiastic and collaborative Early Childhood Family Education (ECFE) Teacher/Early Childhood Screening Assessor to join our team. This position provides meaningful opportunities to partner with families, support children's development, and help prepare young learners for success in school.
The successful candidate will plan and facilitate engaging ECFE classes, connect families with community resources, and conduct developmental screenings for children ages 3-5 in accordance with Minnesota guidelines. The position works closely with families, district staff, and community partners to identify children's strengths, provide support when concerns arise, and foster positive early learning experiences.
As part of our Early Education team, this position offers the opportunity to build lasting relationships with families while making a meaningful impact during a child's earliest years.
Schedule:
Up to 0.56 FTE, depending on enrollment. Additional paid opportunities may be available throughout the year for home visits, Early Childhood Family Education (ECFE) special events, and other program needs.
Requirements/Licensure:
Valid Minnesota Professional Educator Licensing and Standards Board (PELSB) teaching license in Early Childhood Education (Birth-Grade 3 or PreK-K) or Pre-Kindergarten. Parent Education licensure preferred but not required.
