Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Childcare Provider to create a safe, nurturing, and educational environment for children. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with young children and possess the skills necessary to support their growth and development. This role involves caring for infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children, ensuring their physical, emotional, and educational needs are met. Duties Provide attentive and responsive care to children in a safe environment. Engage children in age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development. Educate children through play-based learning, fostering curiosity and creativity. Maintain a clean and organized space for children to play and learn. Prepare nutritious meals and snacks while adhering to dietary restrictions. Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress and daily activities. Implement routines that support children's social, emotional, and physical well-being. Monitor children's behavior and provide guidance as needed to encourage positive interactions. Qualifications Experience in early childhood education or related fields is preferred. Knowledge of toddler care, infant care, and preschool education principles. Previous experience in babysitting or nannying is a plus. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with children and parents. Ability to create a stimulating classroom-like environment that encourages learning through play. Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children of various ages. Certification in CPR/First Aid is highly desirable.
