Job Description

KinderCare is seeking dedicated Teachers for our Chanhassen learning center. In this role, you will create a safe, nurturing classroom, design developmentally appropriate lessons, and support each child's social, emotional, and academic growth. You will observe and document progress, communicate with families, and collaborate with a supportive team that values diversity and inclusion. Responsibilities Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate lessons and activities for young children. Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment. Supervise children and ensure adherence to health and safety standards. Observe and document children's development and progress. Communicate regularly with families about children's learning and behavior. Collaborate with center staff to support center goals and events. Implement behavior guidance and positive reinforcement strategies. Follow state licensing and Kinder Care policies and procedures.
