KinderCare is seeking passionate Teachers for our Cottage Grove center to nurture and inspire young children in a safe, engaging environment. In this role, you will plan and lead developmentally appropriate activities, support social-emotional and cognitive growth, and maintain a welcoming, inclusive classroom. You'll build strong partnerships with families, collaborate with a supportive teaching team, and participate in ongoing professional development while helping each child reach their fullest potential. Responsibilities Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate lessons and activities for young children. Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment. Observe, document, and support each child's developmental progress. Communicate regularly with families about child progress and classroom events. Implement center policies, licensing regulations, and health and safety standards. Collaborate with team members to create a positive, inclusive learning culture. Support social-emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play-based learning. Participate in training and professional development sessions.
