Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive development. This role requires a commitment to providing high-quality education and care for preschool-aged children, ensuring that each child feels valued and supported in their learning journey. Duties Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and promote literacy education. Manage classroom behavior effectively, using positive reinforcement strategies to encourage good conduct. Provide individualized attention to children, ensuring their developmental needs are met through tailored activities. Create a safe and welcoming classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning. Conduct regular assessments of children's progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly. Collaborate with parents and guardians to discuss children's development and address any concerns. Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay current with educational practices. Maintain a clean, organized classroom that promotes a positive learning atmosphere. Requirements Proven experience working with children in a preschool or childcare setting is essential. Strong skills in toddler care, behavior management, curriculum development, and lesson planning. Familiarity with private school educational standards is a plus. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues. A genuine passion for early childhood education and the ability to foster a love of learning in young children. Relevant certifications or degrees in Early Childhood Education or related fields are preferred. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
