Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and energetic Preschool Teacher to inspire young learners and foster a nurturing, engaging classroom environment. In this role, you will design and implement developmentally appropriate curricula that promote early childhood education, literacy, social-emotional growth, and physical activity. Your enthusiasm and dedication will help children develop essential skills, build confidence, and prepare for future academic success. Duties Develop and execute creative lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards Foster a positive classroom atmosphere that encourages curiosity, independence, and social interaction among children Implement curriculum development strategies focused on literacy education, math skills, physical education, and overall childhood development Manage classroom behavior through effective behavior management techniques to ensure a safe and respectful learning environment Support children with special education needs and participate in early intervention programs to promote inclusive learning experiences Conduct assessments to monitor progress and tailor instruction accordingly Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and colleagues to communicate student progress and address individual needs Oversee physical care routines, including feeding, diapering/using the bathroom, and basic health monitoring in compliance with childcare and health deptartment standards Maintain detailed records of lesson plans, student activities, and developmental milestones to support ongoing evaluation Maintain compliance with program and state policies and procedures Experience Prior classroom experience in preschool settings or childcare environments is highly preferred Demonstrated knowledge of childhood development principles and early intervention strategies Experience working with children with special needs or in inclusive classrooms is advantageous Familiarity with curriculum development, lesson planning, and classroom management techniques Strong communication skills to effectively engage with young children, parents, and team members Join us as a Preschool Teacher to ignite a love for learning in young minds! Pay:
$16.45 - $18.50 per hour
