KinderCare is seeking Teachers for our Eden Prairie KinderCare North center in the Educational Services industry. In this role, you will nurture and educate young children through engaging, developmentally appropriate activities. You will design lesson plans that support social, emotional, and cognitive growth, while maintaining a safe, inclusive classroom. Working in our collaborative, learning-focused culture, you'll partner with families, colleagues, and leadership to enrich each child's early learning experience and have opportunities for ongoing training and career advancement. Responsibilities Create and deliver developmentally appropriate lesson plans for early learners. Maintain a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment. Communicate regularly with families about children's progress and daily activities. Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. Collaborate with teammates to plan curriculum and classroom activities. Observe, document, and assess children's developmental milestones. Implement center policies, health, and safety procedures. Participate in professional development and training sessions. Set up and maintain organized, engaging learning centers and materials. Support behavior guidance using positive, age-appropriate strategies.
