Job Description

Small World Learning Center is seeking a passionate childcare teacher to join our team. With being a small, family owned and operated company, we have found positive feedback from team members feeling like they finally found their work home. We pride ourselves on showing appreciation through bonuses, regular paid lunches and coffee breaks for everyone, and allowing the time off when needed or desired to spend time with families. We have upper management to support in all center needs. We currently have openings for MN Rule 3 lead or assistant qualified teachers at our Farmington location. This is a full time or part time, hourly position, with great benefits! If you enjoy working with young children and making a difference in their lives this is a great opportunity for you!
Schedule:
Full-time or Part-time Must be available to work until 5:30pm/6:00pm
Responsibilities:
Develop weekly lesson plans Provide daily care giving needs Communicate well with parents and team members Maintain a clean and organized classroom Plan fun and exciting activities Assist with nap time
