Responsibilities Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate lesson plans for young children. Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment. Supervise children and ensure adherence to health and safety standards. Observe and document children's progress and developmental milestones. Communicate regularly with families about children's growth and daily activities. Support social-emotional development and positive behavior strategies. Collaborate with co-teachers and center staff on classroom activities and events. Participate in training and professional development opportunities.
