We are a licensed childcare center serving children ages 6 weeks to Kindergarten ready. Our goal is to create a fun, nurturing, and positive environment for both the children and our staff. The Position We are looking for a caring, dependable, and nurturing Full-Time Infant Teacher to join our team! Our infant teachers help create a calm, loving classroom where babies feel safe and supported. You'll spend your day providing attentive care, building relationships with infants, and supporting their early development through everyday interactions and age-appropriate activities. What You'll Do Provide loving, attentive care and supervision for infants Create a safe, calm, and nurturing classroom Follow individual feeding, diapering, and sleeping routines Support tummy time and age-appropriate activities Encourage early communication, movement, and sensory development Comfort and respond to each infant's individual needs Build strong, nurturing relationships with infants and families Keep the classroom clean, safe, and organized Communicate and work well with your teaching team Follow MN DHS licensing requirements and center policies What We're Looking For Must be 16 years or older Caring, patient, dependable, and willing to learn Enjoys working with infants and young children Previous childcare experience is preferred, but not required Infant experience is a plus Able to lift 30-40 lbs and stay active throughout the day Strong communication and teamwork skills Willingness to complete a DHS background study Willingness to complete required training such as CPR/First Aid, SUID/AHT, and other required trainings What We Offer $15.00-$18.00 per hour Full-time Monday-Friday position Paid training Paid time off Childcare discount Flexible scheduling when possible Supportive and friendly team environment Opportunities to grow within the center Schedule Monday-Friday Full-time Opening shift: 5:50 AM Closing shift: until 6:00 PM Opening and closing shifts may be needed Application Question Are you willing and able to work an opening shift starting at 5:50 AM and a closing shift until 6:00 PM when needed?
