Role Responsibilities:
Manage the classroom using developmentally appropriate practices and positive behavior guidance. Plan and implement activities based on our curriculum, tailored to support each child's spiritual, intellectual, physical, social, and emotional development. Observe and assess each child's progress using provided assessment tools. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment that promotes healthy learning and play. Communicate effectively to build trusting relationships with children, families, staff, and team members—including the Early Learning team and facilities services. Use childcare management tools efficiently for daily operations and documentation. Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs and perform physical tasks such as climbing, carrying, bending, stooping, and standing for extended periods.

Qualifications:
DHS Rule 3 Teacher Qualified Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development or related field preferred Experience working with Toddler age children in a licensed center Uphold professional characteristics consistent with the requirements of DHS Rule 3, NAEYC accreditation standards, and the expectations of Calvary Church Be available 8:30-5:30 Monday through
