Job Description
KinderCare is seeking Teachers for our Inver Grove Heights learning center to nurture and inspire young children in a safe, engaging environment. In this role, you will plan and lead developmentally appropriate activities, support social, emotional, and cognitive growth, and maintain a warm, inclusive classroom. You will partner closely with families through regular communication, uphold all safety and licensing standards, and collaborate with colleagues. KinderCare offers a supportive culture focused on professional growth and meaningful impact in early childhood education. Responsibilities Create and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans for young children. Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment. Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. Observe and document children's progress and communicate with families regularly. Follow center policies, state regulations, and safety procedures. Collaborate with teaching team and center leadership to support program goals. Participate in training and professional development opportunities. Provide positive guidance and behavior management aligned with Kinder Care's philosophy.
