What You'll Do:

Support classrooms with children ages 6 weeks-12 years Step into different rooms as needed throughout the day Help cover staff absences and breaks Assist with activities, supervision, and daily routines Build positive relationships with children and staff across the center Why This Role is

Supervise and interact with children at all times, ensuring a secure and enriching environment. Maintain accurate records, including attendance, daily routines, incident reports, and developmental assessments. Ensure compliance with Minnesota Rule 3 and all childcare licensing regulations. Family & Team Collaboration Build strong relationships with families through daily communication and engagement. Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth classroom operations and a positive team environment. Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and at least one community event annually.

What We're Looking For:

Reliable and consistent attendance (this is a must!) Positive attitude and team-first mindset Flexibility and willingness to jump in where needed Strong communication skills Experience in childcare preferred, but we're willing to train the right person Requirements Must pass a background study. Must obtain CPR and First Aid Certification within 90 days of hire. Ability to lift 30 pounds and engage in activities at a child's level (kneeling, sitting on the floor, etc.). Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions for at least one hour per day. Willingness to work occasional hours outside of the normal schedule for training. Must relocate to Marshall, MN 56258 before starting work (if applicable). Some college coursework in Early Childhood Education or other areas is preferred but not required.
