Competitive Pay! Job Description Summary Help toddlers learn and grow in a welcoming, play-based early learning center. This faith-based program is seeking two caring teachers who enjoy building relationships with young children and their families. A lead classroom opportunity may be available for a qualified candidate. What You'll Do Create a safe, warm, engaging toddler classroom. Plan and lead age-appropriate play and learning activities. Support children's social, emotional, language, and physical development. Guide daily routines, including meals, transitions, and personal care. Communicate with families about each child's day and progress. Work closely with classroom staff and follow licensing requirements. If assigned as lead, guide classroom planning and daily activities. What You'll Need Experience caring for or teaching toddlers in a group setting. A patient, dependable approach to early childhood education. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to meet applicable Minnesota child care licensing requirements. For a lead assignment, qualifications to serve as a teacher in a Minnesota licensed child care center.
