Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Daycare Aide to join our childcare team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with children and is committed to creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where kids can thrive. Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and ensure the safety of children at all times Support positive behavior and help maintain a welcoming, structured classroom environment Care for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers—this includes feeding, diapering/toileting, and offering comfort when needed Keep daycare spaces clean, organized, and inviting Communicate kindly and professionally with parents about their child's day Work as part of a supportive team to provide high-quality care and early learning experiences
Qualifications:
Previous experience in childcare, babysitting, or nannying is preferred A passion for working with young children Ability to work collaboratively with staff and communicate effectively with families Dependable, patient, and willing to learn If you're enthusiastic about early childhood development and want to be part of a fun and meaningful workplace, we'd love to hear from you!
