Children's Corner Learning Center is looking for a caring, dependable Lead Toddler Teacher for our Perham center. If you enjoy the energy, curiosity, and big milestones of the toddler years, we'd love to meet you. You'll help create a warm, safe classroom where toddlers can play, learn, and grow. You'll lead the daily classroom routine, plan engaging activities, and work alongside other staff to care for the children in your classroom. What you'll do Care for and actively supervise toddlers throughout the day. Plan and lead play, stories, music, art, outdoor time, and other age-appropriate activities. Help children develop communication, social, and independence skills. Build positive relationships with families and share updates about their child's day. Work with classroom staff to keep routines running smoothly. Keep the classroom clean, safe, and welcoming. Follow center policies and Minnesota child care licensing requirements. What we're looking for Someone who is patient, reliable, and enjoys working with toddlers. A team member who communicates well with families and coworkers. Someone who is at least 18 years old and qualifies as a Teacher under Minnesota child care center rules. There are several ways to qualify, including combinations of classroom experience and education, a CDA with experience, or certain teaching licenses.
