In this dynamic role, you will provide nurturing, engaging, and developmentally appropriate care for infants and toddlers during afternoon hours. Duties Supervise and care for infants and toddlers, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times Implement age-appropriate activities that promote physical, emotional, cognitive, and social development Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning Follow all health and safety protocols, including pediatric first aid and emergency procedures Communicate effectively with parents or guardians about daily activities and developmental progress Support classroom management strategies to foster positive behavior and social skills Collaborate with team members to plan curriculum activities aligned with early childhood education standards Certification in first aid and pediatric first aid (or willingness to obtain upon hire) Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with children, parents, and team members Passion for caregiving, teaching, and supporting the growth of infants and toddlers This position is ideal for energetic individuals eager to foster a nurturing environment that supports early childhood development.
