Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Child Care Provider to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children of various ages. In this vital role, you will support children's developmental needs through attentive supervision, educational activities, and compassionate care. Duties Supervise children during play, meals, naps, and structured activities to ensure safety and engagement Implement age-appropriate educational activities that promote childhood development and learning Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment in accordance with safety standards Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about children's progress, behavior, and daily experiences Assist with diapering, feeding, and basic health needs using certified first aid and pediatric CPR when necessary-Learning Circle will pay for your certification. Follow mandated reporting laws by promptly reporting any concerns related to child safety or wellbeing Support classroom management strategies to encourage positive behavior and social skills among children Requirements Prior experience working with children in daycare centers, preschools, babysitting, nannying or similar settings Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education practices Strong communication skills for effective parent interaction and team collaboration Ability to manage classroom behavior with patience and professionalism Familiarity with mandated reporting laws and child safety protocols Passion for working with young children and fostering their growth through engaging activities Join us in providing exceptional care that nurtures children's potential! Pay:
$17.26 - $20.56 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
