If you have experience working with children, whether as a teacher, a teaching assistant, a college student studying early childhood education, or a parent who spent years in the classroom before stepping away, we would love to hear from you. What you get:
You choose when you work, where you work, and how often. Our minimum availability is 16 hours a week, so there is real flexibility here. You still get to do the work that matters, supporting children ages 6 weeks to 6 years in classrooms across the Rochester area, without sacrificing the flexibility you need in your own life. Pay ranges from $17.00 to $23.00 an hour depending on your qualifications and experience, determined individually for each candidate under Minnesota's childcare licensing standards. Eligible employees may also access health, dental, vision, life, and disability coverage, a 401(k), paid time off, earned sick and safe time, and anniversary bonuses.What we look for:

Must be at least 18 years old, able to pass a background check, and eligible to work in the United States.
