What you get:

You choose when you work, where you work, and how often. Our minimum availability is 16 hours a week, so there is real flexibility here. You still get to do the work that matters, supporting children ages 6 weeks to 6 years in classrooms across the Rochester area, without sacrificing the flexibility you need in your own life. Pay ranges from $17.00 to $23.00 an hour depending on your qualifications and experience, determined individually for each candidate under Minnesota's childcare licensing standards.
