Job Description
KinderCare is seeking Teachers for our Rochester Knowledge Beginnings center to nurture and educate young children in a safe, engaging environment. In this role, you will design and lead developmentally appropriate activities, support social-emotional growth, and foster early literacy, math, and problem-solving skills. You'll partner closely with families, maintain a clean and secure classroom, and uphold all health and licensing standards. Responsibilities Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate lessons and activities for young children. Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment. Observe, document, and report on children's progress and developmental milestones. Communicate regularly with families about children's learning and well-being. Support social-emotional development and positive behavior management. Follow health, safety, and licensing regulations at all times. Collaborate with center staff to align curriculum and enrichment activities. Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
