Job Description

KinderCare is seeking Teachers for our Rogers KinderCare center to nurture young children in a safe, engaging environment. In this role, you will plan and lead age-appropriate lessons that support social, emotional, and cognitive development. You will maintain a warm, inclusive classroom, supervise children closely, and ensure health and safety standards are met. Teachers regularly communicate with families, document developmental progress, and collaborate with colleagues. Responsibilities Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities aligned with early learning standards. Maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing classroom environment. Supervise children at all times, ensuring health and safety protocols are followed. Observe and document children's developmental progress. Communicate regularly with families about child progress and classroom activities. Collaborate with center staff to support center-wide programs and events. Manage classroom routines, transitions, and behavior using positive guidance. Prepare and organize materials and resources for daily activities. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Follow Kinder Care policies, licensing regulations, and state guidelines.
