Responsibilities Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lessons and activities for young children. Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment. Supervise children at all times, ensuring health and safety standards are met. Build positive relationships with children and families through regular communication. Observe, document, and report on children's developmental progress. Support social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. Collaborate with center staff to align on curriculum and classroom practices. Follow all company policies, state regulations, and licensing requirements. Participate in ongoing professional development and training. Assist with classroom setup, meals, and daily routines.
