As a Substitute Aide, you willsupport lead and assistant teachers in creating a safe, nurturing classroom forchildren ages 6 weeks to 6 years, helping with daily routines, activities, anda clean, organized space. What you will do Support lead and assistant teachers in supervising children and keeping them safe throughout the day Help with meals, rest periods, transitions, and structured activities alongside the classroom team Set up and clean up learning activities and keep the classroom organized Interact with children through play and conversation that supports their social, emotional, and physical growth What you need High school diploma or equivalent Experience with children in an early childhood setting is preferred, not required At least 18 years old, with reliable transportation and willingness to travel up to 25 miles to a partner center Ability to pass a background check A smartphone with internet access for scheduling and communication Why educators choose TFT You set your own availability, with a minimum of 16 hours a week (2 8-hour shifts per week), whether thatis 16 hours or closer to full time.
