Job Description
KinderCare is seeking passionate Teachers for our Shakopee learning center. In this role, you'll create a warm, engaging classroom where young children feel safe, supported, and excited to learn. You will design developmentally appropriate activities, guide social and emotional growth, and maintain strong communication with families. Working within KinderCare's inclusive, collaborative culture, you'll have opportunities for training, career advancement, and professional growth while making a meaningful impact on every child's early learning journey. Responsibilities Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities aligned with early childhood development standards. Supervise children to ensure safety, wellbeing, and positive behavior in the classroom and common areas. Create a nurturing, inclusive environment that supports social, emotional, and cognitive growth. Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about children's progress and daily experiences. Maintain accurate records, attendance, and incident reports in accordance with center policies. Collaborate with colleagues and center leadership to enhance curriculum and classroom practices. Uphold health, safety, and sanitation standards in all learning and play spaces.
