Responsibilities Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities aligned with early childhood development standards. Supervise children to ensure safety, wellbeing, and positive behavior in the classroom and common areas. Create a nurturing, inclusive environment that supports social, emotional, and cognitive growth. Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about children's progress and daily experiences. Maintain accurate records, attendance, and incident reports in accordance with center policies. Collaborate with colleagues and center leadership to enhance curriculum and classroom practices. Uphold health, safety, and sanitation standards in all learning and play spaces.
