Our Wayzata center is led by a long-standing Director who has been with Small World Learning Center for many years, providing consistency and strong leadership for both staff and families. She is supported by an Assistant Director who brings valuable experience from working across multiple locations—together, they create a supportive, organized, and welcoming environment for children and teachers alike. We're looking for an experienced and flexible Lead Teacher Float to join our Wayzata team. This role supports various classrooms within the center — stepping in as needed to provide consistency and care across different age groups. If you love variety, teamwork, and making a difference wherever you're needed most, this is the role for you!
