Candidate will ensure a positive, loving environment while planning and providing a variety of hands-on learning activities for the afternoon preschool classroom. Education and Experience

• Early Childhood Education degree or CDA or other degree.
• Experience working in a classroom setting.
• Curriculum and lesson planning ability required. (can train new hire) Mental Demands
• Must demonstrate a positive attitude.
• Must possess the ability to work with diverse personalities while maintaining a professional demeanor.
• Strong classroom management skills required.
• Able to receive direction and follow projects through to completion.
• Comfortable providing work direction to classroom staff in a respectful manner.
• Possess the ability to recognize and maintain confidentiality. Physical Demands
• Must be able to work up to 40 hours a week.
• Must be able to participate in classroom activity.
• Able to sit, stand, and move about without difficulty.
