We are currently hiring experienced child care teachers to join our dedicated team of early education professionals. In this role, you will create a nurturing, engaging, and educational environment for our young learners, fostering their growth across social emotional, cognitive, physical, and academic domains. Your expertise will help shape positive early childhood experiences, ensuring each child feels valued and supported. You will implement developmentally appropriate curriculum plans, manage classroom activities, and collaborate with families to promote optimal childhood development. Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive curriculum plans that incorporate literacy education, math, large gross motor, and diverse learning styles. Create a safe, inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, exploration, and social interaction among children. Manage daily classroom activities with effective classroom management techniques to promote positive behavior and engagement. Conduct assessments of children's developmental progress using standardized testing tools and document observations to inform lesson planning. Support children with special education needs and early intervention strategies to ensure all learners receive appropriate support. Practice strong communication with parents and guardians through regular updates on children's progress and behavior management strategies. Maintain compliance with childcare regulations, health standards, and safety protocols while ensuring a clean and organized classroom environment.

MUST HAVE RECENT EXPERIENCE WORKING IN A CHILD CARE CENTER OR PRESCHOOL

Experience Proven classroom experience working with children in early childhood education settings such as daycare centers or preschools. Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development across various subjects including literacy education, math, large gross motor, and special education. Experience working with infants, toddlers and preschool-aged children in diverse learning environments. Knowledge of childhood development principles, behavior management techniques, and classroom management strategies. Strong communication skills for engaging effectively with children, parents, colleagues, and community partners.
