INFANT/TODDLER LEAD TEACHER TLCLC
is seeking an Infant/Toddler Lead Teacher to join our school family! What Makes TLCLC A Unique Place to Work?

RESPONSIBILITIES
Plan, prepare and implement Developmentally Appropriate curriculum. Maintain a safe, healthy, nurturing, and attractive classroom environment in compliance with all child care licensing standards. Must have good communication skills with children, parents, and staff. Must be able to speak and understand conversational English. Use Conscious Discipline and other positive techniques for challenging behaviors. Support our Bible-based Jesus Time curriculum and positive Christian values. Being a member of the Lutheran church is not required. In addition, our school values our staff by focusing on competitive pay, quality benefits, flexible hours, weekly planning/collaboration time, and provides all equipment and materials needed in the classroom.

QUALIFICATIONS
Experience with children (2 years required) Teaching (1 year preferred) Early childhood education or related college (preferred)
