Infant/Toddler Teacher Responsibilities include:
Foster a warm, caring and safe atmosphere where children grow as they develop their self-confidence, independence and a love of learning through play. Plan and implement daily activities (with provided lesson plans) that promote social, physical and intellectual growth of "the whole child". Respond with patience and kindness to the variety of needs of all children. Enforce rules & maintain order to increase desired behaviors & decrease unwanted behaviors. Encourage children to interact and learn alongside their peers. Perform basic cleaning & disinfecting tasks to ensure a healthy environment for all children to learn, grow & explore with equal opportunities.
