Role:

Adventures In Learning Childcare Center is currently hiring a compassionate and creative Toddler/Twos Educator to support children as they navigate key developmental milestones in a safe, nurturing environment. This role focuses on supporting toddlers as they develop language skills, early independence, and social awareness—all through play, exploration, and structured learning experiences. What You'll Do:

Facilitate hands-on, age-appropriate activities that foster learning through play Support social, emotional, and cognitive development of toddlers aged 18-36 months Maintain a consistent classroom routine, including meals, naps, lessons, and playtime Monitor safety and ensure teacher-child ratios are met at all times Create a welcoming classroom atmosphere that encourages exploration and curiosity Complete daily documentation: attendance, meal logs, developmental notes, incident reports Communicate effectively with families about each child's progress and needs Collaborate with fellow teachers and follow center policies and licensing guidelines Participate in training sessions and staff development workshops

What We're Looking For:

High school diploma or GED (early childhood coursework a plus) Minimum 1 year experience working with young children in a professional setting Must pass required background checks and drug screening CPR/First Aid certification preferred or ability to obtain Strong classroom management and organizational skills Patience, empathy, and a team-oriented mindset Respectful of all backgrounds and able to work with diverse families and coworkers Why Work With Us?
