Role:

Toddlers Ink LLC in Fulton, MO is looking for a passionate and nurturing Pre-K Teacher to join our team! This is a wonderful opportunity to make a lasting impact on young learners during their most formative years in a warm and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment for Pre-K students Monitor and document each child's developmental progress and milestones Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student growth and behavior Facilitate social-emotional learning, play-based activities, and school readiness skills Maintain a clean, organized, and developmentally appropriate classroom Collaborate with fellow educators and staff to support whole-child development

Requirements:

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred Prior experience working with Pre-K or early childhood age groups Knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices Strong classroom management and communication skills CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Patient, compassionate, and enthusiastic about working with young children Ability to pass a background check as required by state regulations
