KinderCare is seeking Teachers for our Prairie View KinderCare center. In this role, you will create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom that supports children's social, emotional, and academic growth. You will plan and lead developmentally appropriate activities, supervise children, and maintain licensing and safety standards. Teachers partner closely with families, collaborate with colleagues, and participate in ongoing training. Responsibilities Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans and activities for early learners. Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment. Supervise children to ensure health, safety, and well-being at all times. Communicate regularly with families about child progress and daily experiences. Collaborate with teammates to support center-wide programs and events. Observe, document, and report on children's developmental milestones. Maintain classroom organization, cleanliness, and compliance with licensing standards. Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
