Opened in 2021, our center serves the City of Nixa, offering a nurturing environment for children to learn and grow. Summary We are seeking passionate individuals to join our team at Mighty Marvels Adventure Academy South as Daycare providers. In this role, you will play a vital part in fostering a safe and engaging atmosphere for children, supporting their development through structured activities and care. Responsibilities Supervise and engage with children in a safe and nurturing environment. Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development. Manage classroom behavior effectively to ensure a positive experience for all children. Administer first aid when necessary and maintain health and safety standards. Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress and daily activities. Support the emotional and social development of each child through positive interactions. Requirements Experience in daycare or early childhood education is preferred. Strong classroom management skills to maintain an orderly environment. Knowledge of childhood development principles is essential. First aid certification is required or must be obtained upon hire. Ability to create engaging lesson plans that cater to various age groups.
