KinderCare is seeking passionate Teachers for our North St. Peters learning center. In this role, you will create a safe, nurturing classroom where young children explore, learn, and grow. You will design engaging, age-appropriate activities that support social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. Partnering closely with families, you'll communicate progress and milestones while upholding high standards for safety and care. Responsibilities Plan and implement age-appropriate lessons and activities aligned with early childhood development standards. Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment. Supervise children to ensure safety and well-being at all times. Communicate regularly with families about children's progress and daily experiences. Observe, document, and assess children's developmental milestones. Collaborate with center staff to support center-wide programs and events. Maintain classroom cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety regulations. Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
