What You'll Do What You'll Do Partner with another teacher in the classroom to create a safe, fun, and engaging environment. Plan activities around our bi-weekly learning themes. Support children as they reach developmental milestones. Communicate with families and celebrate each child's growth. Be a positive teammate who contributes to a culture where everyone helps each other succeed. Requirements High school diploma Applicants with higher education in an ECE field of study are paid for their experience and education Strong oral and written communication skills and basic computer skills. High energy and the ability to work well with others (staff, children, and parents) and to foster a team environment. A strong understanding of child development. Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
