KinderCare is seeking Teachers for our Raytown center to provide nurturing, developmentally appropriate care and education for young children. In this role, you'll create a safe, inclusive classroom where curiosity and creativity thrive. You will implement play-based curriculum, support social-emotional and cognitive growth, and maintain strong communication with families. Responsibilities Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment for young children. Implement age-appropriate, play-based curriculum and daily lesson plans. Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. Communicate regularly and professionally with families about children's progress. Maintain classroom cleanliness, organization, and safety standards. Observe, document, and report on children's development and behavior. Collaborate with center staff to plan activities and events. Follow all licensing, health, and safety regulations.
