- The Assistant Director will support the Director in overseeing the daily operations of the facility, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for children. This role involves assisting in program development, staff supervision, and maintaining regulatory compliance.
- Duties
- Assist in developing and implementing educational programs that align with early childhood education standards
- Supervise and support staff members in delivering high-quality care and education to children
- Collaborate with the Director to maintain a safe and clean learning environment
- Help manage administrative tasks such as scheduling, budgeting, and record-keeping
- Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and external stakeholders
- Assist in staff training and professional development initiatives
- Requirements
- Experience in special education, caregiving, or related fields
- Proficiency in classroom management techniques
- Knowledge of childhood development principles
- Previous experience working with students or children
- Familiarity with preschool or early childhood education settings
