Manage classroom environments effectively through strong classroom management skills, ensuring a safe, organized, and nurturing space for all children. Use behavior management techniques to encourage positive social interactions and emotional regulation among infants. Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about their child's progress, milestones, and any concerns, fostering collaborative relationships. Maintain accurate documentation of child development progress and daily needs via an app. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations by maintaining first aid and CPR certifications and adhering to childcare licensing requirements. Experience Prior classroom experience working with infants or toddlers in daycare settings, private schools, or early childhood programs. Demonstrated knowledge of child development instruction, curriculum development, and early childhood education frameworks. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with parents, colleagues, and community partners. Familiarity with classroom management techniques, behavior management strategies related to early childhood education. Certification in first aid and CPR is required but can be obtained through employment; additional credentials in childhood development or early intervention are a plus.
