Create a warm, safe, and engaging classroom environment Bring learning to life through play-based curriculum Support children's growth, confidence, and development Build meaningful relationships with children and families Keep classrooms organized while meeting state standards Work alongside a supportive and collaborative team Who You Are High School Diploma or GED ( Required ) CDA or degree in Early Childhood Education (A plus!) Experience in a childcare setting Strong communication and teamwork skills A positive attitude and passion for working with children Ability to pass background and health requirements Ready to Love Where You Work?
