You will design developmentally appropriate activities, support social-emotional skills, and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with families. Responsibilities Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate lessons and activities for young children. Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment. Observe and document children's progress and developmental milestones. Communicate regularly with families about children's growth and daily experiences. Collaborate with teaching staff to support center-wide educational goals. Maintain classroom cleanliness, safety, and compliance with licensing standards. Support children's social-emotional development and positive behavior. Participate in professional development and training opportunities.
