Childcare employee needed just 5 minutes north of Arnold! We are looking for a patient, nurturing, and dependable infant teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a genuine love for working with infants and a commitment to creating a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate environment for our youngest learners. Responsibilities Build strong, trusting relationships with infants and their families. Provide nurturing, responsive care throughout the day. Follow each baby's individual feeding, sleeping, diapering, and comfort routines. Create a fun, age-appropriate environment that encourages babies to explore and discover. Support early milestones such as tummy time, movement, social interaction, and sensory exploration. Keep parents informed about their child's day, development, and special moments through daily in-person/ProCare messaging conversations. Log diaper changes, feedings, and enrichment activities in the ProCare app Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom. Follow all preschool policies and childcare licensing requirements. Work collaboratively with parents, other teachers, and center staff. Qualifications Previous experience working with infants or in an early childhood setting preferred. High school diploma or equivalent; additional early childhood education/development coursework is a plus. CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain it. Patient, dependable, compassionate, responsible, and attentive to children's needs. Understands that every baby develops at their own pace. Enjoys celebrating the little milestones — the first smile, first steps, new sounds, and everything in between! Communicates openly and respectfully with families and coworkers.
