Job Description
The Lead Teacher will work full-time, approximately 36-40 per week. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Model core values - flexibility, dependability, professionalism Implement curriculum and complete daily projects Communicate daily with parents Submit lesson plans to the Director Conduct seasonal playdates Follow and complete weekly framework Complete all required paperwork (attendance, child daily sheet, food program, etc) Maintain a clean and organized classroom Responsible for assisting the Director in training Assistant Teachers Attend bi-monthly staff meetings High School diploma or equivalent Previous Childcare or classroom experience preferred Physical requirements: Must be able to lift up to 35lbs frequently each shift
