About us Sunnyside Daycare is a small business in Sikeston, MO. We are professional and agile.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children in the daycare
  • Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and curriculum
  • Supervise and engage children in educational and recreational activities
  • Assist with feeding, diapering, and potty training as needed
  • Monitor and address children's behavior, promoting positive interactions
  • Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment
  • Communicate with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns
Skills:
  • Previous experience working with children, such as babysitting, nannying, or teaching
  • Strong caregiving skills and ability to meet the physical needs of young children
  • Knowledge of behavior management techniques and strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with children, parents, and colleagues
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
Note:
CPR certification and early childhood education coursework are preferred but not required. This is a full-time position with opportunities for professional growth within our family home daycare.
