Responsibilities Supervise children during daily activities, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times Implement age-appropriate educational and recreational activities that promote childhood development and learning Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration and creativity Communicate effectively with parents about their child's progress, needs, and any concerns Follow all mandated reporting laws to ensure compliance with child safety regulations Provide first aid and pediatric first aid when necessary, responding promptly to any injuries or health issues Manage classroom behavior through positive reinforcement and effective behavior management strategies Requirements Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool, or early childhood education settings Knowledge of childhood development principles and child supervision best practices Certification in first aid and CPR (or willingness to obtain upon hire) Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special education needs is a plus Strong communication skills for parent interaction and team collaboration Classroom management skills to create a safe and engaging learning environment Ability to follow policies related to mandated reporting laws and child safety regulations Passion for caring for young children and supporting their early developmental milestones Join us in shaping bright futures by providing exceptional care and education to our youngest learners!
