Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and engage with children in a safe and supportive environment. Facilitate lesson plans and structured activities as directed by the Childcare Lead Teacher or Childcare Director. Prepare meals for children according to the menu schedule. Maintain open communication with parents regarding their children's daily activities. Ensure compliance with child care regulations and agency procedures. Conduct daily cleaning chores and maintain a neat classroom environment. Report any suspected behavior indicative of abuse to the supervisor immediately. Assist in arranging the classroom environment to meet program goals. Facilitate emergency drills as needed. Education, Experience, and/or

Credential Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; or one to three months related experience and/or training OR equivalent combination of education and experience. Child Development Associate (CDA) required.

Additional Qualifications:

Must have the ability to pass a background check (includes fingerprinting) to include criminal history, abuse/neglect, and driving record. Current driver's license, acceptable driving record, and current auto insurance.
