In this role, you will oversee children's well-being, facilitate fun and educational activities, and ensure a positive experience for both children and their parents or guardians. Your energy and compassion will help foster a sense of security and joy, making every child feel valued and cared for throughout their time with us. Duties Supervise children in designated areas, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times Organize and lead age-appropriate activities that promote childhood development, creativity, and social skills Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment conducive to learning and play Implement behavior management strategies to encourage positive interactions among children Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding children's needs, progress, or concerns Apply first aid procedures promptly when necessary and report incidents accurately Collaborate with team members to plan special events or themed activities that enhance the child experience Qualifications Prior experience working with children in settings such as daycare, camp, tutoring, or childcare is preferred Knowledge of early childhood education principles and childhood development stages Strong classroom management skills with the ability to handle multiple children simultaneously Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and team members Passion for working with children and fostering a safe, inclusive environment Join us to make a meaningful impact on children's lives!
