Job Description

We are seeking 3 caring, patient and dependable individuals to join our Montessori classrooms serving children ages 20-24 months, 2-3 years and 3-5 years This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who is passionate about early childhood education and enjoys supporting young children as they develop independence, confidence, and a love of learning.
Responsibilities:
Assist in maintaining a safe, clean, and nurturing Montessori environment. Support children with daily routines, including toileting, handwashing, meals, and transitions. Observe and guide children respectfully while encouraging independence. Prepare and maintain classroom materials and learning areas. Collaborate with the lead teacher to support each child's developmental needs. Communicate professionally with staff and families.
Qualifications:
Experience working with toddler, tows and preschoolers preferred. Montessori training or willingness to learn Montessori principles is a plus. Patient, reliable, and compassionate demeanor. Ability to work well as part of a team. Must be able to lift, bend, and actively engage with young children throughout the day. Creative, fun, loving and energetic Perfect opportunity for anyone going to school for teaching Hours are 1-6 or 2-6 Monday through Friday We can't wait to meet you!
